Excellence, Leadership, and International Collaboration in the Legal Profession: Flavius Crâznic and Dr. I. Stephanie Boyce at the Women in Law Conference 2026

Vienna, September 11, 2026 – Dr. I. Stephanie Boyce CBE FKC and Flavius Crâznic, Managing Partner of CRÂZNIC & ASOCIAȚII, are participating in the Women in Law Conference 2026, an international event dedicated to the legal profession, equality, and the protection of women’s rights, taking place from September 10–12, 2026, at the Faculty of Law of the University of Vienna.

The theme of this year’s edition is “Women’s Rights are Human Rights: From Backlash to Equity 2.0”, bringing together legal professionals, academics, judges, lawyers, and experts from numerous jurisdictions. The program addresses, among other topics, current challenges regarding women’s rights, diversity and inclusion in the legal profession, and ways to consolidate progress on equality. Dr. I. Stephanie Boyce

Dr. I. Stephanie Boyce CBE FKC is the former President of the Law Society of England and Wales, having served from 2021 to 2022. She was the 177th president of the organization, the first person of color, and the sixth woman to hold this position. A solicitor with extensive experience in corporate governance, regulation, and the development of the legal profession, Dr. I Stephanie Boyce is widely recognized for her work in equality, diversity, inclusion, and access to justice. Flavius Crâznic

Flavius Crâznic, Managing Partner of CRÂZNIC & ASOCIAȚII, is an attorney specialized in white-collar crime, corporate investigations, and complex litigation, with over three decades of experience in the judiciary and advocacy.

A graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest, Flavius Crâznic began his career as a prosecutor, including service within the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the High Court of Cassation and Justice. He has also held leadership positions and responsibilities in public institutions, including the National Office for Prevention and Control of Money Laundering and the Ministry of Justice. Since 2010 he has practiced as a lawyer, and currently coordinates the activity of CRÂZNIC & ASOCIAȚII, with a strong focus on complex criminal cases and corporate investigations. (Craznic)
