STF and CNJ Establish Writ Credit Control Group

The president of the Federal Supreme Court (STF) and the National Council of Justice (CNJ), Minister Edson Fachin, and the president of the Central Bank (BC), Gabriel Galípolo, signed on Wednesday (12) a joint ordinance that creates an executive group responsible for developing the bases of the national system for registration, traceability and control of the assignment of writ credits.
