The Criminal Bar Association (CBA) has voted to extend it’s withdrawal of services

The Criminal Bar Association (CBA) has voted to extend it’s withdrawal of services following a meeting of members

of the Criminal Bar Association (CBA) on 11th December.

The action will extend the current withdrawal of services to involve a full withdrawal

from all current Crown Court cases, commencing on 5th January 2026.
