One of the most brilliant and elitist events in the global legal world will take place in Vienna from September 11-13 with global participation. Under the patronage of ‘The Women in Law Initiative,’ the largest exclusively female membership organization, the debates and speeches are worthy of the esteemed guests.

From the point of view of justice, ‘The Women in Law Initiative’ was expected, appreciated, and supported considering the involvement of women from various fields of the functioning of justice.

Franz is a practicing lawyer with more than 25 years of experience in international business law. He furthermore teaches at the University of Vienna and various other academic institutions. As co-initiator of Women in Law and male ally, Franz has been involved in anti-discrimination law for over 15 years.
The first day of the event continued with discussions on Women in Migration – Law and Enforcement: Global Challenges, Local Solutions.




TRACK 1: This panel will gather leading experts to explore the multifaceted challenges faced by women in migration, particularly through the lens of law and enforcement. With a focus on women’s rights, we will address critical issues such as gender-based violence, labor exploitation, access to healthcare, and the impact of migration policies on women’s safety and well-being. The discussion will highlight how these challenges differ across regions and examine effective global and local solutions aimed at safeguarding migrant women’s rights. Join us for an insightful dialogue on enhancing legal protections and creating inclusive migration policies that prioritize the needs of women.
