One of the most important Romanian lawyers recognized by the international community speaks about social devaluation, a fact brought to the forefront by colleagues in the United Kingdom and the United States.
Flavius Crâznic is a lawyer specialized in criminal law and business law. After graduating from the Faculty of Law at the University of Bucharest in 1994, he became a prosecutor at the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the Bucharest Sector 3 Court, subsequently progressing through all professional levels.
He worked at the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the Bucharest Tribunal and the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the Bucharest Court of Appeal, and from 1998 to 2010 he operated within the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the High Court of Cassation and Justice (General Prosecutor’s Office).
During his career as a prosecutor, he held several leadership positions both within the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the High Court of Cassation and Justice (DIICOT) and in other institutions (the Government of Romania – National Office for the Prevention and Combating of Money Laundering, where he served as Secretary of State and a member of the Plenary, and the Ministry of Justice, where he was an advisor to the Minister of Justice).
He participated in training courses organized in the United States of America and the European Union by the U.S. Department of Justice, the FBI Academy, the European Academy of Law in Trier, the International Institute of Criminal Sciences in Syracuse, the University of Catania, the University of Bayreuth, the University of Pau, Rey Juan Carlos University, etc.
Since 2010, he has been a lawyer, providing defense primarily in cases before the National Anticorruption Directorate, The Directorate for the Investigation of Organized Crime and Terrorism and the High Court of Cassation and Justice.
He has been awarded the JUDICIAL MERIT DIPLOMA granted by the President of Romania, recognized by prestigious publications.
