Who they are and what they do?
Flavius Crâznic is a Managing Partner and lawyer specialized in criminal and business law.
After graduating from the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest, in 1994, he became a prosecutor
at the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the Court of Sector 3 Bucharest, then going through all the professional steps.
He worked in the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the Bucharest Tribunal and the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the
Bucharest Court of Appeal, and between 1998 and 2010 she worked in the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the
High Court of Cassation and Justice (General Prosecutor’s Office).
During his career as a prosecutor, he held several management positions both within the Prosecutor’s Office attached to
the High Court of Cassation and Justice (DIICOT) and within other institutions (the Romanian Government – the National Office
for the Prevention and Combating of Money Laundering, where he served as secretary of state-member of the board, and
the Ministry of Justice, where he was an personal advisor to the Minister of Justice).
He has participated in training courses organized in the United States of America and the European Union by the U.S. Department of
Justice, the FBI Academy, the European Academy of Law in Trier, the International Higher Institute of Criminal Sciences in Syracuse,
the University of Catania, the University of Bayreuth, the University of Pau, the “Rey Juan Carlos” University, etc.
Since 2010 he has been a lawyer, providing defense especially in cases pending before the National Anticorruption Directorate,
the Directorate for the Investigation of Organized Crime and Terrorism and the High Court of Cassation and Justice.
He was awarded the JUDICIAL MERIT DIPLOMA awarded by the President of Romania.

Daniela Cristina Crâznic is a lawyer specialized in civil and commercial law. She attended the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest
and specialization courses in Law and International Relations, graduating in 1991.

She continued her professional training by graduating from the National Institute for Training and Improvement of Magistrates.
In 1991 she became a prosecutor at the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the Court of Sector 3 of Bucharest, later promoting to the
Prosecutor’s Office attached to the Bucharest Tribunal and the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the High Court of Cassation and Justice,
the activity consisting, in particular, in supporting criminal and civil cases in court. Since 1995 she has been a lawyer, practicing in the field of
civil and commercial law.

Former General Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the Court of Appeal of Timișoara between 2019 and
November 2022, joined the team of lawyers from SCPA CRÂZNIC & ASSOCIATES (www.craznic.ro)
as a SENIOR PARTNER and coordinates the activity in the field of business criminal law for the western part of Romania, Austria and Hungary.
Marius is a lawyer specialized in business criminal law, associate professor at the Faculty of Legal Sciences within the Western University
“Vasile Goldiş” Arad and trainer at the National Institute of Magistracy, having a rich experience acquired during his career of over
30 years at the top of the Romanian justice.
In addition to the management positions held within the Public Ministry, Marius Neculcea holds, since 2007, the scientific title of
DOCTOR of LAW and is the author of works and articles published in specialized publications.
He has completed training courses organized by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the United States Department of State (USDOS),
the International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Bureau (INL), and other prestigious law enforcement organizations.
Marius Neculcea was awarded, in 2002, with the “Judicial Merit” diploma awarded by the President of Romania, for the meritorious results
obtained in the activity, the observance of the duties provided by the law and the annual qualification of “very good”.

Laurențiu Vintilă is a lawyer (Senior Partner) at SCPA CRÂZNIC & ASSOCIATES.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest in 1994, working for over 25 years as a prosecutor at the highest level,
holding important leadership positions in the judicial system, both within the Public Ministry and within the Ministry of Justice.
Laurențiu has acquired a special experience as a judicial inspector, serving as Director of the Inspection Directorate for Prosecutors within
the Judicial Inspection. He joined the SCPA CRÂZNIC & ASSOCIATES team in May 2022, working in the criminal-commercial law department.
His multidisciplinary training and professionalism allow him to successfully tackle criminal, civil, commercial and tax cases.
