The objectives of these days will be: to help understand a tool that is not well known and that raises concerns, in its technical, ethical and managerial dimension; to review the current thinking and work on AI in the field of justice at the European level and more particularly in France, Italy and Germany; to try to anticipate the foreseeable changes in the administrative process and the function of judging
