This year, the Contest supported by AIJA – International Association of Young Lawyers, ELFA (European Law Faculties Association), and European Young Bar Association.
💡Open to law students and trainee lawyers from CCBE member countries, the competition invites participants to prepare a fictitious amicus curiae brief concerning a lawyer facing threats or persecution for carrying out their professional duties.
The contest offers a valuable opportunity to strengthen legal research, analysis and advocacy skills while engaging with issues relating to the rule of law and the protection of lawyers.
