JUSTICE NEWS 247 — A milestone moment for the American Bar Association (ABA) as Michelle Behnke officially wraps up her tenure as President. This year’s ABA Annual Conference brought together prominent leaders of the legal profession from all over the world, turning the event into a premier global forum for the future of justice and the rule of law.
Addressing the international gathering of legal experts, Behnke expressed her deep gratitude to members and colleagues for their tireless dedication to the profession.
Behnke, who also serves as Senior Counsel at Boardman Clark LLP, highlighted the continuous efforts of legal professionals worldwide in strengthening democratic systems and uphold justice.
Reflecting on the success of the summit and her leadership journey, Michelle Behnke stated:
“It has been an incredible ABA Annual Conference. I am so grateful for all of the time and energy our members contribute to move our system of government closer to that ‘more perfect union.’ It has been the honor of my professional career to serve this Association and the legal profession.”
As she steps down from the presidency, Michelle Behnke officially transitions into the role of Immediate Past President, where she will continue to collaborate with global legal leaders and support the Association’s strategic initiatives.
