I have just returned from Estonia and Finland while there I was struck by the diversity of people there, and the quiet courage so many embody.

It reminded me of those who are brave enough to go where they might see no one else that looks or sounds like them and yet, undeterred, they choose to live, to lead, and to stand tall.

It brought home the deep gratitude I feel for the people who quietly shape the world around them. Those who build foundations they may never stand on themselves, but upon which others, like me, have been able to rise.

Thank you to all who dare, who hold space, and who create possibility for those who follow. Happy Tuesday.
