The result of a reflection conducted with a collective of academics and practitioners, a draft “patrimonial fiduciary” law was written in July 2023 to amend law no. 2007-211 of February 19, 2007.
The objective? To enable the patrimonial fiduciary to meet current needs:
Protection of vulnerable individuals
Sustainability of businesses
Development of philanthropy
To support this initiative, the CNB co-organized a symposium at
@SorbonneParis1 , with the DU Fiduciary of @univorleans45U and
@Notaires_CSN , to present and discuss this draft law.
A key step in expanding the use of fiduciaries and offering a secure and high-performing service.
