The supreme prize is a client whose interests are defended, when I can exercise my profession in the best conditions and when the law responds to the current and future needs of the parties.
The expectations are not the same and the clients are not with similar expectations even if at first glance they all want to win the lawsuit.
In the current cases, the laws should be updated because the specifics of the cases have evolved, the clients no longer talk about the past but wait for clarifications that can only be put before the court in the current legislative context.
It is expected that they will be visible to the results of the laws on AI, money laundering and many others that await the response in updating the legislative framework.
Any professional knows that his value can stand the test of time or he can lose everything in a second of failure if he does not raise professional standards.
There are differences between profession – practitioner – success.
Probably, for some, the different nominations are the ones that reward the lack of criteria or standards. Completely wrong and I don‘t want to be misunderstood that I‘m against the awards, but the fact that people have to choose their lawyer carefully and be prepared to understand his role in their story.
Business, family, personal life, professional life, absolutely all have legal relationships and no matter how careful you are… The lawyer is necessary to avoid errors.
