Funding erosion has taken its toll.
The funding shortfall creates profound inequities in our legal system.
Though our justice system is meant to treat everyone equally, in practice, it does not always do so.
For people of a certain class, education, or income level, securing justice has become an uphill struggle.
A lack of access to justice continues to impact the most vulnerable.
On 18 November I will be joining colleagues from South West London Law Centres to celebrate
its 50th Anniversary, marking five decades of dedicated legal support work in our communities,
and to fundraise to enable the Centres to continue to offer essential services to those in need.
If you’d like to learn more or express your interest in attending, please reach out to comms@swllc.org.
For those unable to join, donations to support SWLLC’s ongoing work are warmly welcomed at swllc.org/donate.
