Yesterday I received the Freedom of the City of London award for my contribution to the field of Law.
In a group ceremony at Mansion House, the Lord Mayor of London, Michael Mainelli
and Lady Mayoress, Elisabeth Mainelli presented the award.
I am deeply grateful and humbled to receive this honour. I accept this award on behalf of all who are
working tirelessly to make the law more accessible and who share a common goal of restoring our justice system
to the fully functioning, effective, equitable system it is meant to be.
This recognition is not about individual effort; it is a tribute to all who believe in justice, who champion reform and
who advocate for a system that serves all people with fairness and dignity.
