Everyday teaches us valuable moments. Every time I stumble, face a detour, or face a challenge, I ask myself, What is this trying to teach me?

There will always be setbacks, just as night follows day, but these setbacks we are experiencing are valuable lessons sent to stretch us and help us grow. So the next time you stumble, face a setback, embrace it, and understand that it will pass.

Over the years, I have faced many setbacks, but without those setbacks, I wouldn’t be where I am or who I am. So shift your perspective and ask yourself: What is this setback trying to teach me, and who is standing with me in this moment? Take the opportunity to learn, to grow and to move forward.
