Failure has never defined me. Instead, I chose the path towards success.

Anyone who knows my backstory knows that it took me four attempts to become president of the Law Society.

Three times I faced rejection and I could have easily been defined by those failures, but instead I was motivated to

succeed, to never give up, and to try again and again and again.

I showed up every time, working hard until I succeeded, I learned from the failures and against all odds, I developed a winning mindset.

My story is about the transformative power of effort, resilience, and steely determination. A growth mindset.
