I am very happy to share my first blog post on #Vulnerability in the AI Act,

which has now been published on @OUPLaw Blog!

I try to map how the concept of human vulnerability is developed throughout the

#AIA (16 mentions, no explicit definition and a potentially hybrid approach

based on power imbalance and strong links to #dependency).

It’s a first overview (more detailed ones will follow soon!)
