I am visiting the University of Cambridge today to address its Master’s in Sustainability Leadership course. The course helps to develop leaders who can respond effectively to the economic, social, and environmental challenges facing the world and lead others to achieve positive change.

During my tenure as president of The Law Society, there were many challenges that challenged me as a leader. Imparting my knowledge and experience of how I navigated and challenged perceptions, paving the way for inclusivity and equity within the legal profession, and sharing my strategies and perspectives on how to shift narratives and create meaningful change in your own spheres of influence added to a rich discussion.
