The #BucharestBarAssociation informs lawyers about the resumption of the tender selection procedure for the activities necessary

to comply with the requirements of the #GDPR Regulation.

The offer of interested lawyers will contain CV, the requested monthly flat fee and will be sent to the

secretariat@baroul-bucuresti.ro e-mail address until 30.04.2024.

The offer will consider the following activities:

● mapping the personal data circuit within the Bucharest Bar;

● identifying the categories of data collected, the method of storage, access, etc.;

● drafting a report indicating all identified problems and ways to minimize risks.

● drawing up the register of processing activities (which will be submitted to the authority in case of control);

● drafting / reviewing GDPR policies and procedures;

● drafting / reviewing GDPR documents / clauses used in relation to partners;

● drafting the necessary documents for online presence;

● training with bar staff.
