Courtney Capen Douglas, a second-year student at the University of Virginia School of Law,
has been named the new editor-in-chief of the Virginia Law Review.
Douglas takes the role this month at the student-run publication, now in its 111th year of operation.
In a Q&A, Douglas discusses her favorite law school experiences, goals for the Law Review
and advice for first-year students. Tryouts for all student journals start Feb. 23, with personal statements due March 15.
