Balilesti Secondary School -Arges, today January 22, 2024 in the splendor of a winter that only urges you to a hot tea is the host of legal education.
The Arges Legal Education project started in 2015 and addresses pupils and teachers from Arges County.

Short: Balilesti commune belongs to the South-Muntenia Region and is located 35 km from Pitesti – the county seat.
At the end of the nineteenth century, the commune was part of the Râurile area of Muscel county and consisted of the villages Balilesti, Românească, Valea Mare and Băceasca, with a population of 956 inhabitants living in 210 houses. There were two churches and a mixed school in the commune. At that time, on the current territory of the commune, the communes of Băjești and Goleşti also functioned in the same net. The commune of Băjeşti, consisting only of the village of residence, had 833 inhabitants living in 184 houses, having a church and a school with 33 students. The commune of Goleşti, with the villages Goleşti, Ulița, Poenița and Priboaia, had 1102 inhabitants living in 260 houses; two churches (in Ulița and Goleşti) and a mixed school with 30–40 students opened in 1830.
