Farrhat Arshad to be appointed King’s Counsel.
Doughty Street Chambers is immensely proud to announce that our leading crime junior, Farrhat Arshad, has been appointed King’s Counsel following her success in the 2023 competition.
Farrhat is a specialist criminal barrister whose practice comprises serious crime, including murder, serious sexual offences, protest cases and fraud. She also specialises in Criminal Appeals and is often instructed as fresh counsel in out-of-time appeals to the Court of Appeal in relation to both conviction and sentence.
