BREAKING: Supreme Court will review case on emergency Idaho abortions, will let full abortion ban take effect for now.
The US Supreme Court agreed to consider whether hospitals can perform abortions in emergency situations even in states that have near-total bans. The court, without explanation, said the Idaho law could take full effect in the meantime.
