Having interviewed the 3 candidates for the @coe
Commissioner for Human Rights, our Committee established the following order of preference:
1. Michael O’FLAHERTY
2. Manfred NOWAK
3. Meglena KUNEVA
with a narrow majority in favour of the first candidate over the second.
