Fact sheets’ are documents analysing the legislation, case-law or state of positive law on a given subject. They may include compilations of decisions, reviews of summaries or explanatory notes by the Court of Justice of the European Union or the member courts of the RJUE.

In this section, the Court shares the ‘Case-law fact sheets’ produced by its Research and Documentation Directorate, which identify, in respect of a particular subject, the most relevant points of law from a selection of judgments. These fact sheets are available in all the official languages
