Prynhawn da! It was a pleasure to host our Board meeting in Cardiff Law and justice in Wales is evolving This meeting was a chance for us to sit down with decision-makers in Wales and understand what changes are happening, and what those changes might mean for Welsh solicitors and for access to justice. We heard from Mark Drakeford, First Minister of Wales, Dr Rowan Williams, former Archbishop of Canterbury and co-chair of the Wales Constitutional Commission, and Counsel General for Wales, Mick Antoniw MS. Our Wales team has already been doing fantastic work, making sure that the voices of our members in Wales are at the forefront of legislative and political discourse, including delivering much-needed sector support. As we see more distinct pieces of legislation in Wales, we remain committed to offering practical guidance for solicitors and those seeking justice, operating on both sides of the border
