KYRGYZ REPUBLIC – Request for opinion

On 17 January 2022 the Minister of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic requested an opinion of the Venice Commission on
the Rules of Procedure of the Jogorku Kenesh ( the parliament) and on amendments to the Law on the Rules of Procedure of the Jogorku Kenesh concerning the procedure for ratification of international treaties.
