Marius Neculcea is a lawyer, associate professor at the Faculty of Legal Sciences at the “Vasile Goldiş” Western University of Arad and a trainer at the National Institute of Magistracy, having a rich experience gained during his career of over 30 years at the peak of the Romanian justice.
In addition to the management positions held within the Public Ministry, Marius Neculcea holds, since 2007, the scientific title of DOCTOR in LAW and is the author of works and articles published in specialized publications.
She has completed training courses organized by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the United States Department of State (USDOS), the International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Bureau (INL) and other prestigious law enforcement organizations.
